The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall for over 36,000 fireworks after it was found the the products can explode unexpectedly after being lit. The units were sold as part of a bag containing three canisters at major retailers such as Target, Wal-Mart and Meijer from May to June 2017, and the manufacturer is now offering a full refund to consumers who bought the fireworks.
