This is an in-office position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple operational and administrative processes in a professional insurance environment. You will play a key role in ensuring our agency systems, carrier access, licensing, and compliance functions run smoothly and accurately.
Responsibilities
Manage carrier and vendor system access, including adding/removing users and completing bi-annual audits
Maintain and support commission access for accounting systems Process and track producer carrier appointments (including Connecticut requirements)
Handle Power of Attorney (POA) requests, submissions, and revocations with carriers
Update and maintain producer-company codes within agency systems
Assist with LexisNexis appointments and carrier compliance tracking
Support licensing renewals and continuing education tracking for producers and staff
Audit and correct agency records, including names, addresses, and terminated appointments
Support internal reporting and operational workflow needs across departments
Qualifications
