Wheeler & Taylor is looking for a motivated Insurance Producer to join our team and help expand our client relationships and business portfolio. This role is suited for a driven professional who excels at building trust, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
• Build relationships with prospects and referral sources
• Conduct needs-based consultations to identify appropriate coverage solutions
• Present insurance options and recommendations clearly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to structure policies
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business over time
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and market conditions
• Meet or exceed production and growth goals

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to generate new business or a strong desire to learn
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Experience in insurance, sales, or financial services preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
