Client Service Representative (CSR)

Overview
Wheeler & Taylor is seeking a Client Service Representative to support our growing client base and account management team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering a high level of service in a professional insurance environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring day-to-day servicing needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
  • Assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and general account maintenance
  • Communicate with carriers to obtain information, process requests, and resolve issues
  • Support Account Managers and Producers with documentation and client follow-up
  • Maintain accurate records within agency management systems
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Previous experience in insurance or client service preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to high-quality service
