Overview
Wheeler & Taylor is seeking a Client Service Representative to support our growing client base and account management team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering a high level of service in a professional insurance environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring day-to-day servicing needs are handled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests
- Assist with policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and general account maintenance
- Communicate with carriers to obtain information, process requests, and resolve issues
- Support Account Managers and Producers with documentation and client follow-up
- Maintain accurate records within agency management systems
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Previous experience in insurance or client service preferred, but not required
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A proactive mindset and commitment to high-quality service
